About Squier Real Estate

I began my real estate career in Florida where I specialized in resale and property management of ocean front properties. In my second year I received Realtor® of the Year in 1991 and became a member of the Million Dollar Club. I worked diligently to obtain my broker’s license, the Senior Residential Estate Specialist designation (SRES), and to complete the course for my GRI, Graduate Realtor® Institute 1, 2, and 3. Before becoming a Realtor®, I had extensive experience in sales and administration.

I am now a Life Member of the Placer County Board of Realtors® Masters Club which is obtained by only 10% of its members.

My goal is to help my clients and customers realize their specific real estate objectives in the most expeditious manner possible, with the least inconvenience to them. I am proud of my work ethic and high level of professionalism. I believe those traits have been instrumental in creating high numbers of successful transactions for my clients.

Squier Real Estate was originally started when Sun City Roseville first started construction. Thera Squier, my sister, listed the first resale in Sun City Roseville and the rest is history. I moved to Sun City Roseville in 1997 and joined her and together we built Squier Real Estate into a premier boutique company. Thera decided to retire July 1, 2007 to enjoy the Sun City lifestyle. I continued to provide real estate services to this "niche" market. As of October 1, 2008, I have joined forces with Coldwell Banker Sun Ridge Real Estate to offer you and even stronger team dedicated to making your real estate purchase or sale the very best experience.

I have continued to keep an "inventory" of buyers for the homes Squier Real Estate lists. I am so well known in the area that Buyers will register their "wish list" with me so that when a floor plan they desire becomes available, we are able to contact them immediately.

I am well versed on the cost of the upgrades and options that have been added to the homes. I have been through the "Design Center" so many times with new home buyers that we are able to give accurate information regarding the added value of upgrades on a resale home you might be considering.
